Union Ave loop
Today we ran five miles and then did core. We did a loop that we call union ave. It goes through towncenter. The people I run with ended up adding on an extra mile since the loop is only four miles. It was raining the whole run and we ended up soaked.

Post-practice snack
Always bring a snack for after you’re done practicing or working out especially if you’re running. You burn so many nutrients when running, regardless of the distance. It’s important to refuel your body after runs or workouts. Bring fruit, veggies, pretzels, or other small snacks that you can keep in your lunch for after practice.
