Great day for a workout
The workout today was easier than it sounded. We had to run five 1000m with a three minute recovery in between. When our coach first told us, we all thought it would be terrible. My coach decided to split us up in groups today. He said, “If you consider yourself to be an 800m runner stand over here and if you consider yourself a 1600m-3200m runner to go to the opposite side. Groute
We ran a light run today. Only had to run 6 miles since we had a meet yesterday. The guys got yelled at for the first half of practice so all us girls decided to go without them. terrible meet today
We had a dual meet today and I ran terribly. My coach had told me and this other girl that we had to go 1,2 in the 1600m. Turned out that we went 2,3 instead. The girl that beat us wasn’t even that fast. In fact she ran a time that was slower than what both my friend and I normally run. Ugh :/

First day back
Spring break is over :( Today was my first day back at school. It was an “A” day so I was not looking forward to it at all. It turned out to be a pretty decent day. English went by quickly and then my French teacher was not there. Chem was boring as usual but then in History we talked about spring break and other stuff for like half of the class. Not too bad of a day if you ask me.

nice easy day
Practice this morning was a nice, light distance run. We have a meet tomorrow so we went on a 6 mile distance run. A couple of my friends and I decided to cut back to the school through the woods. The sprinters on my track team annoy me sooooo much. Everyday at practice they complain about running and their workouts and how they have workouts pretty much everyday. The thing is: their workouts are like the distance runners’ typical practices. early practice tomorrow
Early morning track practice tomorrow even though I don’t even have school. Oh how I love track. I already have a yummy breakfast in mind for before practice: steel cut oatmeal and strawberries. Mmmmmm :) Nothing to do after practice. Gym maybe? Then working tomorrow night yay!

The other day I had a workout for track. Of course it turned out to be a speed workout. You’d think my coach was trying to get back at us for a sidewalk incident that happened because of the distance team. It turned out the workout sounded a lot worse than it actually was.
