It’s sad when you love running so much to the point where I’m looking forward to getting my new track bag tomorrow. Can’t wait! It should be arriving by way of UPS sometime in the afternoon. Yay! :)

Woke up early this morning and went for a quick run before work. Then my coach/trainer/boss picked me up and we went to PA for a soccer camp. We worked with the goalies for two and a half hours. I demonstrated a lot of the drills and activities, meaning I was able to get a workout in at the same time that I was working.

greatttt practice this morning
Monday and Wednesday practices are led by the seniors. Today’s practice was pretty good. I felt a lot better than last week. We ran about 3 miles and did core and scrimmaged for a little. The 3 miles went by quickly and it felt good to be running a lot again.
