Instead of doing the workout like the rest of the team, five of us did fartleks instead. The guys went toward the park while we went to the other side of town. The three of us decided on doing 15 minutes worth of speed stuff. We broke it down so that we did one-two minute intervals with a one-three minute recovery based on where we were at in our run. We did a total of seven miles and then did striders on the turf when we got back to the school.
Soccer a little bit later. Off to make lunch :)
